Hey guys.
I saw my doctor today and he said I am doing very well for a week post-op. =]

My aches and pains have been at a minimum because my anxiety has been at an all-time low…but I feel it creeping back in unfortunately. =/

My shoulders, back, neck, and stomach are all a little sore. From surgery and all they have been through…not to mention panic attacks and such.

One step at a time…one step at a time..

So glad to hear that you got a good report from your doctor! May you continue to heal and recover!

How is your eating going? Able to handle things pretty well? Are your stomach issues improved so far as you can tell at this point?

Use those coping skills for keeping your anxiety and symptoms low! Doing your breathing/meditation/progressive muscle relaxation 3x's a day, everyday will help.

We are cheering you on, so keep the updates coming!

So glad to hear you are healing well! A good doctor report is always encouraging. Soon you will be feeling great!

Sorry that the anxiety is creeping in, but it may just be a tiny step back from all the excess going on with surgery. You have done so well with your recovery, I'm sure you will be doing well with that again soon!

I'm also better about my muscle tension, I've accepted its due to dress and anxiety after my doctor told me thats what it is a few days ago. -sighs contently- just gotta work at getting rid of it.

Mam, once we accept what the doctor tells us about our HA, then most people start to improve i have seen
it hundreds of times, you are on your way, Peace
