I am sorry you are experiencing abdominal pain and anxiety...it certainly can be a vicious cycle.:(
Do you know the origin of the pain. Is is from an IBD or perhaps IBS? Of course treating the source is going to bring you relief...so be sure you are doing all you can on that front.
As far as further help with the anxiety angle...you mention coping skills, which are great! Keep those up...and look for more in our Resources. (see link below) You may find some helpful new tools there.

Biofeedback and or therapy are other options to consider. They can both help you to decompress and deal with the physical aspect of the anxiety/pain. Perhaps you can talk to your doctor about a referral.
