A few weeks ago, I posted about getting a "head rush/zap" while sitting. I have gotten them periodically for the last ten years, but this one really scared me. Around that time, I also started to feeling anxious with loud tones/sounds. Today, I had another mini-headrush while standing and reading something at work, and now, I can't stop worrying something is terribly wrong with me.
Over the years, I've had a CT Scan, been to the ENT, had a muscle test, an EKG, blood and chemistry work. Nothing. The only thing I haven't tried is an MRI.
I am seriously worried I am going to drop dead at any moment - or have epilepsy, a tumor, some other heinous neurological condition. I stopped taking Paxil way back in August and I would really like to stay off antidepressants, but these days, I can't stop worrying about everything.
I just ran a half marathon, so generally, I am in good health, but I could seriously use some reassurance from anyone/someone on this forum. If anyone has any good ideas for how to get a grip on this anxiety, Id love those too.
Id really appreciate it.
with love,
