Cilly, then you must fix yourself, it's always been up to you from the beginning, you can still do anything
you have ever done, don't try to climb a mountain the first day, just get up and stay up as long as you can,
this is about
you, not someone you have heard about
or read about
, it's You and your life. "Don't ever lay
it down without a fight, that day comes to us all, but yours is many years down the road", start with baby
steps, remind yourself that any accomplishment is worthy of praise, more baby steps, keep doing this
and one day you will feel the tape break when you win your first 5k, Peace

Hi Cilly
Sorry to hear you are having a tough time of it at the moment.
It's important to remember that medication won't cure you it will only help ease your symptoms so it's important to combine it with some type of talking therapy such as CBT and self help.
Look up some mindfulness videos on youtube there are loads to choose from and that will help relax you.

I get it, I'm in the same boat as you. I feel like I could sleep all day long. At night I notice that I wake up a lot. I have a little agoraphobia mixed with social anxiety topped off with allergies. I think all that combined causes my constant day time sleepiness. I also think I have fibro, but have never been dagnosed, all the points on my body hurt when pressed.

Hi Cilly,
Just sending encouargement and echoing the suggestions above that you must fight for your recovery...doing everything (often giving it more than one try!) you can to help you gain ground
Treating the anxiety with self-help and therapy...while still pursuing a med combo that will help you is a great goal of course.
Do you currently see a psychiatrist for your Rx concerns?
...and of course treating the fibro to the best of your ability is going to help you feel the best possible all around.
Never give up! There is help and hope...it is just a matter of continuing until you find your personal treatment plan.
We are cheering you on!

Hi old friend. I haven't logged in here for awhile but saw your post & wanted to reply.
-make appt w/your doctor & tell them Zoloft isn't working
-when have you had blood work done to check thyroid, iron, Vitamin D, etc?
-please consider starting 3000-5000 Vit D3/day. Vit D helps depression and body aches & it's natural. Obviously I'm not a Dr & consult with them but D3 cannot hurt you. It's just not recommended at over 10,000/day.
-please try therapy. If money is an issue, many churches offer free counseling if you're comfortable with faith based counseling.
I wish you much healing & peace. It will be yours soon.
Hugs,
Lisa
