I am so sorry to hear of the circumstances that anxiety has brought about
for you recently.:(
However, you are doing the right things to ensure you gain recovery...and that is great news!
You are seeking therapy, which is key...working with your doctor and reaching out here...all fantastic steps!
Once you get some tools to help you manage your anxiety, you will be able to get employed again...and there will be no stopping you.:)
I have had such a good recovery due to CBT, so hold on, and know that good things are around the bend for you!
