I started back on Lexapro 6 weeks ago and yes, I'm having insomnia too. I switched my dose to the a.m. about
a week ago. It might have helped a little. I take Lunesta but was still experiencing insomnia. Very frustrating. I also take L-Tryptophan 2g, Melatonin 10mg, Valerian Root, and apply Mag lotion at night 20 minutes before bedtime. These supplements might help you. The L-Tryptophan is the best! I have a long history with insomnia. I hope this works for you. It's very difficult to function on little sleep!
