Yes, Medication can help with anxiety, it is not a cure all but it can help lessen the panic attacks and over all anxiety. We recommend therapy such as CBT or Mindfulness along with medication for the best results. Both CBT and Mindfulness therapies have a great success rate with helping people deal with their anxieties.
Know that you are not alone any longer, most all of here are or have been where you are currently, myself included. We will walk this journey with you if you allow us too, just keep posting regardless of what it is, even if it just to vent about
