Hi G.L. and welcome!
It sounds like you are likely dealing with Cortisol levels increasing your anxiety in the a.m.
This is necessary, as without this stress hormone, we would never get up and out of bed!
However, when we produce too much, or are sensitive to its stimulating effects...the result is how you are feeling currently.;/
Sounds like you are doing a great job of advocating for yourself to get the answers and the help that you need, so good on you, and keep up the great work.
The only other suggestion I can make is to try some coping skills for lowering overall anxiety, and possibly considering therapy for relief if you feel your quality of life is not where you would want it to be.
Here is the link to our Resources here, filled with great self help material to get started with if you choose.:)
