Brain fog. Vitamin D deficiency

Ok so I had all my hormones checked all normal ... I had a severe vitamin d deficiency I was a 5 should be at 30 I took the 4 50000 ou and forgot to refill for the other 4 . My Dr thinks my headaches and tight scalp are muscle related .. I've been getting better but she says I'm still very tight . My neck RARELY hurts it's more in my head. Like a tingle and tightness . Now what's really bothering me is the unreal out of it feeling... can tight neck muscles cause that ?

Oh my god! I have vitamin D deficancy too mine was at 17 and I take 50,000 once a week
My symptoms are my arms feel wobbly but the unreality sorta empty fogy feeling I get that 24/7
I'm 17 and it's a weird scary feeling and it's because of the vitamin deficancy since it's a hormone for our body and brain

Yessss it's a hormone not a vitamin! It will but it will take time for deficancy to reach normal levels but your not the only one
