Are you in therapy for your anxiety? Or taking any medication? We do highly recommend CBT or Mindfulness therapies as both have high results in treating anxiety and panic attacks.
You diffidently need to eat, if you can't eat can you drink something like ensure to make sure you are getting proper supplements?
