I used to wake up in the middle of the night a couple of times a night with full blown panic attacks, with working my coping skills, going to therapy and learning new tools, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with panic.
You can change this, work your coping skills. The advice above is perfect, and I really can't add more too it, just want you to know you are not alone and it's okay, you can beat it.
