I usually just start with feeling uneasy. I feel like I should be doing something, but don't know what.
I sometimes pace around the house wondering what it was I was thinking of doing, but knowing that really I had no plans.
I then get the adrenaline, and sometimes it just vibrates through me. I feel like something is wrong, but I don't know what it could be. I also usually know that nothing is wrong, but I still feel like I have to do something right now or something bad will happen.
I get intrusive thoughts. What if this or that happens?
Really, the list goes on and on. It just builds into a crescendo of panic.
