Hi SJ,
I have been in the exact same situation! My husband likes to camp...and the more remote the better...we are not talking KOA, where there is help available within feet of your camper/tent!
So I have been challenged in the past, when I worried about the exact things you posted about...an attack or health episode...way up in the wilderness without immediate help available.
However, I found that everytime I took the risk and went...that my anxiety was nowhere to be found! I literally left it behind, and was caught up in the fun, work and beauty of the experience.:)
Using postive mantras, coping skills, and as LM mentioned...scoping out the nearest help/medical facility...just for peace of mind...will ensure you have a good time.:)
Let us know what you decide...and how we can support you!
