Okay, but be careful, because wrist devices can be very inaccurate.
They have to be in just the right position, and they have to be the right tightness to get a good reading.
Also, you should not take BP right after eating, or right after moving around a lot. Sit down for a good 10 to 15 minutes before taking it, so you have the most accurate account of what's going on in your body.
