Does anyone else have burning skin associated with their anxiety?

JC,

This is a fairly common complaint...

It is listed in the Anxiety Centre's symptom list, as are other skin symptoms.

Is this a new one for you? Have you ruled out other possibilities? Heat rash, allergy, topical irritation, ect...?

Hi SC, it has been going on for awhile the doc said it was anxiety.It feels like i am on fire under my skin.

Hello JC...

So nice to meet ya! I can't say that I have experienced burning skin per say but when my anxiety is high my face gets red and hot. I am assuming it's my blood pressure rising.... But you can always tell when I'm stressed cause my face gets red! I hate that feeling!

Yes I get burning skin quite a lot it is a common symptom of anxiety.

I get that too. the burning sensation. Where you in the sun at all?
