I had same kind of insomnia issues few years back and I really understand your pain.i'm completely overcome that issue with Valerian herb.i took 2*1020mg one hour before bedtime ,I use the brand nature's way standardized ,I think all standardized brands are good.i had overcome my insomnia within one week with this miracle herb.
Also chamomile tea also promotes restful sleep. These both herbs are good for some level of anxiety as well.

I looked in Walgreens and they have Nature's Bounty Valerian Root 450 mg Plus Calming Blend Dietary Supplement Capsules. But I do not see any with 1020mg.
