Hubby is doing community service today, and right now I'm starting to panic because I've not heard from him for a while..
He's sent me a couple of of sneaky texts this morning.i understand he can only do this on the sly,but I can't help panicking if he's okay or not!!
I can't stop castastrophising things!!
My hands are starting to shake and my chest is tightening up!!
I don't know how to calm down!!!!! 😥😥

Hi MSP,

Was your husband able to get a medical allowance due to his condition? (we talked about this in your last thread...but I am not sure you gave an answer?)

It is not too late if not...he just need to put a call into his doctor, and I am sure they can contact the work supervisor, so he can still serve his time, but with activity that won't be physically taxing to him.

Maybe you can even make the call? It will keep your mind off of your worries, and be pro-active for your husband's cause.:)

He's back now, thank goodness!
He wanted to go once to see if he could do it, and he had to move branches in a wheel barrow to another place!
He thinks he can manage it so is gonna go tomorrow and see if it's the same, and if it is he thinks he will be okay!!

I think I'm gonna make an appointment with the doctor as I think my anxiety and panic is out of control now!
I need some help

Glad to know he is okay...and able to handle the work.:)

...also glad to hear that you are planning on making that call to your doctor. I do hope you get some guidance on how to best manage your anxiety and to start feeling your best!
