If you are completely weaned now, your withdrawal effects will last only a couple of days, since the majority of the Rx will have cleared your system at that point...

...however, it can be hard to distinguish between what are anxiety symptoms and what sensations are from withdrawal...

...so naturally the anxiety symptoms are not going to just phase out. You'll need to use your coping skills and therapy to facilitate this...

...as well as continuing to seek other causes, since I know you not convinced your condition is all anxiety related.

There is some confusion regarding this...

...because the proper discontinuation of an SSRI should take weeks, when done gradually and gently.

However, the half life of the Rx is only about 36 hrs. Since you were up to therapeutic levels, it will take longer than a day and a half to clear of course...but not more than a few days to a week at most.

Yes, cold turkey is never recommended!

At best, there will be uncomfortable effects...and at worst (with some Rx's) it can be dangerous.

You could have come down slower...but your dosage was pretty low, so you will likely not have to much trouble.

Flu-like symptoms are pretty typical of discontinuation.
