I'm so jealous of people who can get up and go to work every morning with no problems. My week day mornings start at 5:30 am. I get my disabled adult son ready for his adult day program. When he finally gets on the bus at 7 am, I then sit and drink my coffee, watch the news and eat something. about
8 am, I start to feel like crap, and run to the bathroom with a stomach ache and loose stools. Then the off feelings start and I feel horrible and sometimes lay down on the couch and sleep till 10 am. I hate doing that cause I wake with sweating and a rapid heart rate. I hate mornings. I usually don't start feeling normal till about
noon. Anyone else care to share their morning anxiety?
