One minute I feel fine and next minute I'm sweaty and feel nauseated. It last 10 minutes of feeling horrible, goes away and I'm fine. Till the next wave. Sound familiar?

Sounds very familiar I'm going thru the same thing right now, except the sweating part. My anxiety has been so high the past month I don't know if I am coming or going.
I hope it eases for you and you have a great rest of the day. :)

Same here! I can be going along just fine and then all off a sudden something just doesn't feel right and I get a surge of panic and it feels like the end of the world. Ugh. Hate it! I try to stay in the moment....especially if I'm having a 'good' day...I try to relax and enjoy👍

Uggh I have had that as well. Some days I have that feeling and it comes and goes and last 10 minutes or so. When it hits, I feel like the world is ending and there is no way out. Then when it goes away, Im fine as well. Then Im worried about
when its going to happen again.

Yes I know how you feel. I'm not taking any meds since May. I have really good days then some really bad days. I get dizzy lightheaded and palpatations hands sweating heart races but comes on whenever and different feelings. Then poof I'm fine ugh anxiety I hate it.

Hi
Yes I can relate to that living with anxiety is constant up's and downs I find Mindfulness very useful so something you could look into especially the 5min breathing space.
