Sorry to hear that you are currently being challenged by ongoing physical symptoms.
I know how this feels...and it is no fun!
However, you are taking all the right steps to gain recovery and get the answers you need...so feel good about

Great pro-active work on getting into to see your doctor for Rx support AND getting into therapy...well done!
With continued help from your doctor to sort out the digestive issues, and any necessary treatment...you'll soon be feeling your best possible, I'm sure.
If it does turn out to be IBS/anxiety related...and this is entirely possible...I am often symptomatic without feeling anxious...
...then you can find relief by continued practice of coping skills, like you have probably learned in therapy.
