I have been doing pretty good except for this darn neck and shoulder pain. This morning I felt a little anxiety creeping in but I know it's the dosage increase. I have bought a recumbent bike and started using it yesterday also along with my inversion table. Trying to alleviate my stress in some way. Hope all goes well for you Hibee, I know it will be fine.

My week has been a little rough. Today, I'm on my liquid diet for my colonoscopy tomorrow. Been having a lot of trouble with my blood sugar dropping. Today's liquid diet will include quite a bit of sugar. :P
Hibee, I hope that your MRI shows something that can be easily repaired. I have one for my lumbar spine next Wednesday.
daddy, hang in there. Good for you on the exercise. It helps me too.
Deborah, I'm keeping you in my thoughts for things to improve quickly. Hope the bike helps.

Despite a case of food poisoning knocking me on my backside the other day, something peculiar has happened. The derealisation/depersonalisation aspect of my anxiety has given me a break. Physically, I'd say I'm up to 60-70%, but mentally I feel much sharper than I did before.
