Morning HW Family

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time we like to hear from you.


I am still having back problems I got the results of my MRI on Friday which showed that my Schereurmann's Disease had progressed a little in my neck and upper spine and my lower spine was paying the price with that with a lot of Degenerative Disk Disease and general ware and tare. Not much can be done so I will continue with my pain killers and physiotherapy.

I'm currently battling really bad negative thoughts. I'm really trying
My best but it's really getting to me and causing my anxiety to really spike high. I'm praying so much that I get some type of relief and I hope the same for you all.

Keep pushing on HT. You'll get out of there if you just keep walking.

I have my nuclear stress test tomorrow. I'm afraid to do it, but will put on my big girl britches and go. Wed. I have an MRI for my lumbar spine, then directly after, I have the echo cardiogram, and then they will install my holter monitor that I'll wear for a month.

Then, the following Monday, I'll start physical therapy again, twice a week for six weeks.

I am waiting for appointments to both a neurologist and a urologist. I have blood in my urine, and pain in my bladder and kidney area. It's starting to grate on my nerves.

My body really is just attacking me from all angles, and I don't know how much more I can take. Guess we'll find out.

sending you all positive thoughts and prayers...you are all strong and inspiring people..my anxiety is a little on the high side today but thats pretty normal for a sunday..i really am looking forward to appointment with my pdoc on tues to begin to get off xanax and hopefully get my meds right
