Hi friends,
When I have low blood sugar ,my panic gets terrible and I get more attacks.
Is it normal or I am only one struggling .
I even have weird BP as well.

I am hypoglycemic, and this happens to me too. I also get really grumpy when it drops.
Does your bp drop as well? Mine does. I'm having a Nuclear Stress Test on my heart on Monday, because my blood pressure has been all over the place. My sugars are consistently low too though.

Cilly.
The symptoms of low BGL's and panic can be nearly identical! It's important for me to eat regularly, or I start to feel panicky as I associate the weakness/lightheadedness with a P/A!
J.M. I think the grumpiness from hunger you describe is known as "HANGRY!" Lol!! That's me for sure!

Hi
I get a sudden drop in blood sugar usually after I exercise I have put it down to a side effect of the medication I am taking but I may be wrong in that lol I also find my blood pressure drops to very low levels after exercise and I always feel cold??

Totally happens to me, too. I get shaky, dizzy, lightheaded and even really tense. And when I eat something, it goes away immediately.
Hibee, this happens because your blood is rushing to the muscles that you just used the most when you work out and that's why you get cold! If you've ever noticed after a really large meal, you get cold, too, it's because all of the blood is going to the stomach to aid in digestion!

Before I knew that what I had was anxiety I was waking up in the middle of the night out of the blue with symptoms of low blood sugar. It's extremely difficult for me to tell the difference. Now that I have my anxiety under control for the most part, these episodes have decreased. It was causing me to gain weight because when I would wake up and think it was low blood sugar I would eat something and even though it was healthy, it was just too many calories for me.
