Couldn't agree more, sleep is sacred, we all need it, lots of it :)
I finally seem to have the anxiety under control with meds, mindfulness and talk therapy, have been anxiety free for a few months now.
My only issue now is SLEEP, I can't seem to fall asleep unless I've had a few derinks, the nights when I don't I toss and turn for hours. I also wake in a sweat I know is from anxiety.
I will say I am not getting any anxiety about the sleep issues which is a positive, I just catch up on the weekends. Also, like SC said, this has only come about for me since I got all the day time stuff under control.
