LMD.
I too understand, as at the heigth of my anxiety (panic and health anxiety as well) I also felt comfortable being at my parents house...the home I grew up in...with all of its safety, both symbolic and in actuality. (my mom was much more understanding of my fears)
However, as a grown woman, wife and mom myself...I knew I owed it to myself and my family to get the help that I needed...and really fight for my recovery.
You have pinpointed your specific fear/trigger...and that is GREAT!
Now you can focus in treating it intensely, so that you can stay at home with your little one...(soon to be littles ones!) with confidence! :)
Work your therapy program...practice self help...and continue to seek your goals...
...you can do this!
Post here whenever you need encouragement and cheering on...we will be here.:)
