Logically, from my history, you'd think it was my anxiety but that has been almost non-existent (or at least at the normal expected level from everyday life) since last weekend.
There's no nausea and my appetite is the same (maybe even improved) compared to normal. There has been an increase in the need to pass wind (both ways) but I'm not constantly needing the toilet. The pain itself is more like a sore muscle after a workout than any stabbing/radiating pain.
When I last saw the doctor a week ago, I asked about it (it wasn't that noticeable at the time) and was told to do some muscle stretches. I haven't noticed any improvement, and if anything, it's gotten worse the past 2 or 3 days.
Trying not to let it drag me down back to the pit of health anxiety.
