Thanks for responding! I know that most of the tests have come back fine, but I can't help to feel like something is off. The high count were the band cells. They are immature WBC that are being released too early. It usually signifies inflammation or infection. Usually these do not show up in your blood work unless they are elevated and mine was high enough to get referred out.
I also have frequent headaches, floaters, joint stiffness, frequent low fevers and mental fogginess. These are all things that I have never experienced before besides headaches.
My doctor has suggested speaking with a psychologist and I have done that once. She gave me relaxation tips and suggested to cut out caffeine. I haven't met with her since August. I will probably make another appointment soon. I am looking to try neurofeedback through my chiropractor. I am not going to try medication unless absolutely necessary.
I do have anxiety and I have since I was a child. It never affected my life though and never prevented me from doing anything. I never had a panic attack until a few months ago. I have had maybe 4 total in the past 3 months. I feel extremely ill for two days after. I know my body is being more sensitive to pain, but this is also pain I never had before. I just want my body to physically feel normal again.
