I'm sorry to hear about your anxiety. What treatment procedures are you undertaking at the moment. Intrusive thoughts are symptoms of anxiety and depression, don't worry there are many things you can do to deal with this.
Optimism, meditation, and mindfulness are great ways of eliminating intrusive thoughts and fears. You just need to distract yourself away from these thoughts.
