I'm still in the process of investigating my breathing/reflux issues after the last avenue turned out to be a dead end. :(
I have read that anxiety can exagerate asthma, but can it flat out cause symptoms of similar nature? I never wheeze or cough, but I do get a tight chest and throat mucus, and food gets stuck making breathing worse. Reclining and hot showers make things worse too, and raising/tensing my shoulders, or leaning on my elbows
opens the airways for sone reason.
