Electric shock like pain

So,I started menstruating on Thursday. Yesterday, I got a migraine,then fell asleep,hoping it would go away. I wake with the pain still there. An hour or 2 later,I eat breakfast. Afterwards, I get tho electric shock like feeling in my left arm,left side of my stomach,and a slight pain in my shoulder. I called my mom,but she said I was fine,and that I should take a walk in the brisk cold. Is this all because of my anxiety/period? Because now,my left arm feels weak,and I'm feeling scared.

Perhaps you should schedule an appointment with your primary doctor, or if you get migraines fairly often, perhaps see a neurologist.

PMS/mentruating can definitely increse anxiety...and I get hormonally triggered migraines from time to time.
