How do you feel the therapy helped? Would this be worth revisiting?
How about self help? This is something you can get started on immediately, and at home, which is a plus.
At the top of the main forum page here, you'll find our Resources. They are filled with great self help material that is really beneficial if practiced regularly.
For the feelings you describe...I would recommend getting started with Moodgym or E-couch...both on line therapy programs. They are easy to navigate, and go at your own pace.
