Feeling good today

I just realized that my friends love me so much. Even i just met them last year. I shared to them what i kinda really feel and they listened to me and tell me to get out from my comfort zone. I have been depressed since last yr i guess. i never attached my self to my new friends because its not my line to do gossip or talk about anything. So told myself i should not trust them. Now that they visit me here and we chat and laugh its so nice to know that why not trust them? Why not be more closed to them? I am so happy today because im not alone. They are there to cheer me up or to join with them anytime i want. Now i realize that not all gossip are bad lol.. Its fun to do gossip sometimes. They invite me to go with them tomorrow for yogurt.. Im just so happy. Oh and btw, i went out for 3dys now from walking with my dog and went for driving just a couple houses. And went back home. I am so happy that i did it alone with out my husvand. Planning to do more houses next time. Im just a hppy gal today.. No more self pity for me, no more "NO" word for me.. No more excuses.. I can beat this anxiety and depression in no time i hope..
