When my anxiety is heightened (which recently has been happening too often!), i tend to lose my appetite. I have to force myself to eat because I am not hungry. I do that, but it is not pleasant. Sort of like eating after you just had a big meal (except you didn't). But I know that I need to eat, so I do so. Still, I tend to lose weight. But then, eventually, the anxiety subsides, and I get hungry again. Until the next time...
