Thank you S.C. I'm in a very rough phase right now where I literally can't stop focusing on body sensations and keep reminding myself that the E.R. is only a few blocks away. Going to try these exercises for sure.

This is super helpful. The STOPP method is something I'm definitely going to practice!

thank you.. im not having a easy time right now.. just had dinner.. i feel bloated like i cant breath.. my throat feels tight.. I went to the sight and read through some of it and it did help

Thank you for this. This is very interesting and helpful. I do tend to worry about
every little sensation in by body. I tend to believe it is my heart but the dr has reassured me that it is fine... but I keep going. I think this material will help me to control this more.
