Hello M.O.B. and welcome!
Clearly you have been through a lot. I am sorry for your losses, that naturally, are all anxiety triggers.:(
Physical symptoms are especially very hard to deal with...as they are designed in their very nature to get our attention! However, this is often just our mind/body's way of telling us that our stress levels need to be noted and managed.
Since you are not able at this time to access as much help as you would with an insurance plan...
...I am going to post the link to our Resources, that is filled with great self help recommendations. Practiced daily, these coping skills can really make a difference in how you feel.
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=9&m=104206You should find yourself feeling relief from the overall anxiety and physical symptoms with time and continued efforts of the self help.
If not, (or if your symptoms worsen) if you can make it a financial priority to seek a final word regarding your indeterminate EKG results...that might be the next step.
However, I think you'll find yourself feeling better once you attentively give the anxiety management skills your commitment.:)
Post with us anytime. We understand, care and support is key!
