Pregnant..anxious...stressed

I've got just under 2 months left until I leave my job to have my baby, and things at work are just ridiculously stressful. My employees are quitting left and right and it leaves me to cover all the shifts. I'm exhausted, I'm stressed, I'm anxious all day. I just want to enjoy my pregnancy and to get through these next 2 months without the added stress on me and my baby.

I was doing really well, but this stuff builds.

I just needed to vent for a minute. I need some kind words to get me through this tough time.

Marj, you and Baby will be fine, you women are so fantastic about dealing with stress, i think about
all the pregnant women i saw during VN and under the most horrible conditions, you would really be
surprised at the number of GI's that would carry a baby while walking down a road, the Mothers were
exhausted. Mommie you have come to the right place for Love and Caring, we will Pray for you Both.

I am sorry that this is a rough time now! I hope that they hire someone to relieve you of some of the workload soon...you need to take it easy at this point!

Be sure and make time for self care to manage your stress levels...and take breaks as needed. They are not luxuries. ..they are crucial for you mentally and physically.

Have you thought of names....baby name or its early.

I wish I had kids ......but unlucky I guess.

I'm 28 weeks pregnant with a baby girl, her name is Clara.

Just wanted to say congrats! I had my baby 2 months ago. Time flies by enjoy it!

I give you a lot of credit! I would like to be a mom but I won't be able to bc I can't handle even thinking about being pregnant it's to much mentally for me. I've come to terms with that this year.

Congratulations on the pregnancy and I think the name Clara is beautiful! You are truly an inspiration to me, that's for sure...you are 28 weeks pregnant and working numerous shifts and you are coping! That is an accomplishment for sure!! I think you are doing great!

I agree with the other posters though, you definitely need to take numerous (even short) breaks throughout the work day. Try to put your feet up if you can, and don't forget to eat healthy snacks and rest when you get home! Chores can wait for the weekend! Best wishes and keep us posted! Have a great night!
