I agree. Now that spring is getting closer in my area I try to force myself to walk at least around the block, further if I can manage. And during my walk I am mindful of my thoughts and try to be aware of my blessings. I consider every little positive thing a thread in the cloth of recovery that I'm trying to weave for myself. It's my version of "One Day (step) at a Time".
