Hi all,
I've posted this once before, but I really want to make positive everyone gets to read this info.
I suffered with anxiety and occasional panic attacks for about
two years. Physical anxiety that would pulsate through my veins much of the day.
about
a month and a half ago my doctor tested my blood work and found that I was very anemic. Very!
We did what we needed to do to help clear up the anemia. I have been taking a strong iron pill daily to help regain my lost blood cells.
My point.......I have been basically free from anxiety for a solid month. Lots and lots more energy, too. Yes, I'm still taking my low dose Lexapro (5mg nightly). However, this is like going back in time. Back to a time before I ever had anxiety issues. I feel grounded again. I'm not getting overly hopeful (who knows...anxiety could return), but I am so glad for the time being.
Please have your blood work done and rule out any vitamin deficiencies and anemia. I'm not positive, but I am confident that this is what was causing so much feelings of physically anxiety.
I know this will not help everyone, but even if it helps one person feel better, I'm very glad. All the best to you all out there.
