Can anxiety make you feel like you have something in your throat all the time? I don't know if I have throat problems or it's the health anxiety.

Most people describe it as a lump in the throat/something stuck in the throat...or like not being able to swallow completely due to constriction.

Scratchy throat is usually more associated with a virus, allergies or GERD.

i have that feeling too,

feels like hair in my i throat sometimes its tingly.

need to see a doctor to confirm.
