i used to have panic attacks but not had any for the last month but now and then i will get this surge of adrenaline run through my body i think thats what it is.
Its like a wave of energy coming from my head down my body and i just sort of go whoosh with it lol and a sense of fear hits in but because ive got used to this whoosh i dont go into a panic attack i sort of talk to my self and say what was that for,relax for a few minuites and carry on i do find on them days im super tired after that wooosh i wondered if it was a overactive andrenaline gland. as i dont feel stressed or worried when they happen.
Im changing my diet into what i call the caveman diet ,meat veg fruit minus the dinosuars lol
am adding vitamins c and b complex and magnisuim daily to see if that helps and am drink chamoline tea am i doing the right things to help
