Hi Atara,
You may need to be on medication for your anxiety. If this is a one-time thing,
you may be able to handle it by yourself, but sounds quite intense. Has something
happened to upset you? If self-help doesn't work or you continue to have these bouts with anxiety, you should consult your primary. If you don't have one, find a doctor in your area.
