Of course you are entitled to you your opinion.. However there are people who need these breathing exercises to start the road to recovery .
They are invaluable to some regaining their life back .. Along with all the other coping tools in the resources page.,relaxation, diet, exercise, looking after ones wellbeing is paramount to relieving anxiety this is recommended to everyone.
Anxiety and depression is sadly growing with the high pressures put on everyone to keep up in the fast pace of life.
Whether you like it or not medication is vital to some with this delibitating condition it aids the road to recovery...
But that's your personal choice , I chose not to take medication but
If the need arose I would .
Just the same as I would use an inhaler if I had asthma ( breathing exercises are great for asthmatic s too)
A spray if I had angina along with breathing exercises.
My granddaughter fractured her wrist a couple of weeks ago at A&E the doctor got her to focus on calming her breathing to help calm her down she was in pain and scared at 8 year's old you would be.
The most natural thing that none of us could live without is breathing to get the oxygen in. Doing it right is Paramount.
Just saying 😉
