I hope it,s just a cycle you need to break and your soon snoring the night away.
I can relate to the worry of knowing that on waking the anxiety could be there because my anxiety was always worse on waking and morning.
That was why my GP gave me something to break the cycle
he actually prescribed 2mg up to 3 times a day but i found quarter of a 2mg diazapam did the trick on most days.
First few mornings when waking before work i needed it then just the odd day after 10 days I didn't need them at all .. That cycle was broke.
It felt so good .. I'm glad I saw the GP.
