It sounds like you got up quickly from laying down...had a normal moment of dizziness (it's fairly common to have a drop in BP upon standing) which then caused the worry to start.
When we experience a symptom, we go on high alert
, attaching fearful thoughts to how we are feeling. ..perpetuating the anxiety=more symptoms=increased anxiety cycle.
