doing much better today

no attacks today and felling better. my st johns wort has kicked in. its like taking a low dose of prozac and really works for me. since this is a temp crisis brought on by health issues-i dont feel the need to go back to a real ssri again. made it 3 years off them -yea! i should have a plan to deal with my health in place in a few weeks after test results are final
