I definitely have exacerbated physical symptoms with heightened anxiety. My digestive system takes a hit...and I am more prone to headaches/migraines while under stress as well.
As far as natural/holistic remedies. ..are you currently taking probiotics for IBS management?
Do you practice self help regularly for anxiety management?
If not, these are two things that could make a big difference in how you feel.
Continuing on with your therapy, but adding in a few techniques on your own will see you making progress soon!
