I am sorry that you are still struggling. :/ I know how difficult this must be right now.
At six weeks you are just about getting towards the place where many people do start to notice the therapeutic benefits of their Rx start to kick in. Try to hang in there, practice your coping skills and be as patient as you can.
As far as the sleep issue...are you taking your Lex in the a.m., and your benzo right before bedtime? If not, this would be the best regimen for getting the rest you need. (with your doctors approval of this schedule of course)
How about other good sleep habits? Powering off all devices at least an hour before sleep. Exercise, but not to late in the day, a warm bathe or drink before bed, use of Melatonin or Valerian Root supplements?
I wish you the best. If things don't improve in the next week or so, a doctor's consult should be a goal...either for reassurance, or an alternative plan.
