for decades I've had mild anxiety and depression. it wasn't until recently that i discovered it was related to food. i doubt i will ever nail down the exact culprit but it is definitely a chemical preservative, food color or flavoring...
imo the only way to ever fully regain your life is to grow your own food. if you feel that's impossible then organic is best but not perfect. I've read recently that some chemicals approved for organic plants contain msg, a chemical known to cause anxiety.
