Okay, I've come to term over the years with the fact that many of my medical woes are actually manifestations of my anxiety. We have fatigue, aches and pains, numbness, tingling, light-headedness, etc, just to name a few. Of course they come and go, and all testing comes back okay. But I've read that these are all symptoms of anxiety.
But now I have a new symptom, that I haven't read about, so of course I'm thinking this one is real. My eyes have been super watery, achy, with headaches behind the eye. My allergist insists it's NOT my sinuses, and he doesn't suspect allergies either. Could this too be anxiety??? I've never read of this type of symptom in connection with anxiety, but I do know that once I accept a symptom and move past it, another one takes its place, so maybe. Anyone?
